In January 2021 we took the decision to close our Birmingham city centre store permanently.  We’re sad to close our store after 18 years in Birmingham and will miss meeting our lovely customers, but this move allows us to continue to offer the finest luxury chocolates in the UK at a fair price.

The key reason for our decision was the shift to ‘working from home’, as we rely heavily on office workers’ custom throughout the year.  The impact of Brexit was a secondary factor, as this has added to our product import costs.  Until city centre office rents reflect this new reality, a ‘bricks and mortar’ presence is no longer viable for our business.

Unfortunately our store closure means we can no longer offer our Click & Collect service, but if you live in or around the Jewellery Quarter or Birmingham city centre, we may be able to hand-deliver your order – just give us a call and we’ll do our best to accommodate.  Orders placed online are usually despatched on the next working day following your order being placed.
