OUR PRODUCTS AND PACKAGING
We take all reasonable steps to ensure the product information shown on our site and product packaging is correct and regularly updated. However, all products are purchased and eaten at your own risk.
All of our products may contain nuts or nut traces.
The contents of our chocolate boxes may vary from the image examples shown on our website or in the menu leaflet which may accompany the product. This is due to stock availability at the time of packing, seasonal menu changes, and range updates. However, we guarantee that our chocolate boxes are always filled with a fresh selection from our range of handmade, luxury chocolates.
Our chocolate menu leaflet is intended as a guide only, as individual chocolates are subject to substitution without prior notice.
You must be over 18 years of age to buy products containing bottled alcohol.
If we cannot satisfy your order due to stock unavailability, we will contact you to arrange a replacement or full refund.
Giftwrap and packaging examples shown are for guidance purposes only and are subject to change or substitution with a similar item without prior notice.
ORDER PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
When buying products via our website you are entering a legally binding contract.
All prices quoted include VAT at the current rate, unless otherwise indicated. If you are eligible to reclaim this sales tax, we can supply you with a VAT receipt on request.
We can deliver our products to any address in the UK and Northern Ireland. We do not despatch overseas.
We accept payment by all major credit cards, including those registered overseas, provided that the order delivery address is within the UK or Northern Ireland. The name and billing address must match the registered address of the credit card holder.
Payment will be processed at the time of order, not at the time of despatch.
Orders placed for delivery to addresses outside of the UK cannot be fulfilled, but payment may still be processed. Such transactions will be refunded but are subject to an administration charge of £2.
You may cancel your order at any time before despatch and we will issue a full refund. An administration charge of £2 may be applied at our discretion. Once your order has been despatched, payment cannot be refunded.
Where a delivery date is shown on the Order Review and Order Confirmation email, this is indicative only, and dependent on when you place your order and any carrier delays we may incur following despatch. Carrier delays are beyond our control and we cannot offer refunds or free replacements where deliveries do not meet your expected arrival date. This applies to all deliveries, including those sent via Royal Mail’s Guaranteed Next Working Day or Saturday Guarantee service. During seasonal times deliveries may take longer than normal.
Christmas 2022 deliveries: Due to industrial action, Royal Mail has suspended its Next Working Day and Saturday guarantee, although these deliveries are being prioritised over our standard 2nd class signed-for service. We recommend selecting ‘Next Working Day’ at the checkout but this does not guarantee your order will arrive before Christmas.
All deliveries require a signature. If no one is available to sign for a delivery, Royal Mail (or our alternative carrier) will leave a card for the intended recipient to arrange re-delivery at no extra charge.
Orders sent to large businesses or hospitals may be distributed via a mail room and may not reach the intended recipient on the date requested.
If we are unable to provide a valid proof of delivery for your order within 14 days of despatch, we will send it again, free of charge. For deliveries to non-residential addresses, a proof of delivery is valid if signed for by a verifiable employee. You may request a proof of delivery up to three months following the expected delivery date of your order.
If your order is returned to us undelivered we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, but a repeat delivery charge is payable. We cannot refund your payment as the goods cannot be re-sold.

All orders are processed by Opayo (formerly Sagepay) to ensure that you enjoy maximum security and peace of mind when making payment on our website.
We aim to protect the security of your information during transmission by using SSL software, which encrypts information you input.

From time to time we may contact you by email to inform you about our products or services. If you would prefer not to receive further emails from us you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the foot of the email.
