CARAMELS

Our milk and dark chocolate caramels are made with Sel de Guérande, a flaky sea salt with a delicate flavour that complements caramel perfectly, without overpowering the taste. It also has a slightly smoky flavour that adds depth and complexity to the caramel. No hard centres here - just soft, melt-in-the-mouth caramels dipped in the finest milk or dark chocolate.
