Standard Delivery Prices
Standard delivery is not a guaranteed service. Orders usually arrive within 2 to 5 working days and will require a signature.
Next Day Delivery Service
Next day delivery is a guaranteed service and will require a signature. Orders placed by 12pm Monday to Friday will be delivered on the following working day. Orders placed between 12pm Friday and 12pm Monday will be delivered on Tuesday. Exceptions to the next day delivery guarantee are shown below.

SATURDAY DELIVERY SERVICE
Orders for Saturday delivery are usually sent by Royal Mail special delivery service to arrive by 1pm. Orders placed by 12pm on Friday can be delivered the next day.
FUTURE DAY DELIVERY SERVICE
You can specify delivery on any future day, Monday to Saturday (except bank holidays), within the next three months. This service is charged at the same rate as our next day delivery service.
CLICK AND COLLECT SERVICE
If you choose our Click and Collect service you can pay for your items online and they will be prepared for you in store, ready for collection on the date requested. Please allow a minimum of two hours between order placement and collection. At seasonal times, we will notify you if your order is likely to need a longer preparation time. Our store address is:

DELIVERY TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES OPTION
When buying multiple items you may select different delivery addresses, methods and dates at the checkout.
Please specify a residential or workplace delivery address when you place your order. All orders require a signature. If our carrier is unable to deliver your order, a card will be left, asking the intended recipient to call to arrange a new delivery time.
We recommend avoiding Monday delivery dates during the summer months, as orders for Monday delivery will be held at the delivery depot over the weekend.
ADDITIONAL DELIVERY CHARGES
In some instances, Saturday orders and orders of multiple items with a total weight over 10kg may incur additional courier charges. Where such charges apply, we will contact you with a revised delivery price and you will have the option to cancel your order if you wish.
DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS
The delivery date shown on the Order Review page and Order Confirmation email is indicative only, and dependent on when you place your order.
We cannot despatch or deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays. Orders received after 12pm on the day before a bank holiday will be despatched on the next working day.
We cannot accept responsibility for a delivery being delayed or unfulfilled as a result of incorrect delivery address or contact details being entered when you place your order.
Deliveries to large businesses and hospitals can take longer to reach the intended recipient, as signed-for packages may be distributed via a mail room. Our next day delivery guarantee applies to receipt of the goods at the specified delivery address, not necessarily the intended recipient.
In the event that your order is returned to us undelivered we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, but a repeat delivery charge is payable.
We cannot 100% guarantee to deliver your goods on the date requested as adverse weather conditions or problems with goods carriers or internet services may affect delivery dates. However, we will do our utmost to deliver your goods on your requested date and will contact you if we are aware of any issues which may affect your delivery.
