Chouchoute were super helpful when reaching out for my wedding as they have a such a large luxury variety of chocolate and even dietary options also. They were super accommodating as they did very nice personalized gift bags for my guests. A very friendly team with excellent service. Thank you Helen you were amazing!

Just beautiful - for years we have been enjoying Chouchoute chocolates with the family for special family events like Christmas, Easter or birthdays. Rather than get each other presents as we are too old for this now 😉 we share a lovely box of chocolates together. My personal favourite is the champagne truffle so I have got to be fast to always make sure this is mine before anyone else steals it!
I've just bought their 45 assortment ballotin on line. I needed to specify a few requirements due to food intolerances and test preferences - these I shared via an email, just after ordering. I had a really quick reply confirming they had addressed the requirements and dealt with the order. The order arrived quickly, safely and exactly what I had asked for... and the present was/is appreciated!! The service was great - thank you. And the chocolates are so good - the best!
Unbelievably delicious chocs in beautiful and careful packaging which arrive in the post intact and perfectly presented. I have been ordering from Chouchoute for many years and have not been let down once, in fact all recipients to whom I have sent Chouchoute’s chocolates and other products are now regular customers. And now they know me and my preferences, I often find there’s an extra chocolate ginger or two secreted in the package as a special treat. These people have amazing and top quality service levels which make me feel really special. I have also used them for multiple corporate orders too, and again, creative packaging, dependable service and top quality products were the order of the day. They go the extra mile for their clients and you feel as an independent person ordering chocs for your gran’s birthday, as important as when you order 800 branded boxes for your corporate bash. Cannot recommend Chouchoute highly enough; a thoroughly professional, top quality and cost effective offering, delivered on time. What more could you ask?
