When buying products via our website you are entering a legally binding contract.

The conditions detailed below do not affect your statutory rights according to United Kingdom law.

Our Products and Packaging

All of our products may contain nuts or nut traces.

The contents of our chocolate boxes vary according to seasonal ranges and may not be identical to the examples shown on our website. However, we guarantee that our chocolate boxes are always filled with a selection from our range of fine, handmade chocolates.

Individual chocolates shown in our chocolate menu leaflet (included with every chocolate selection purchase) may be subject to substitution from time to time.

You must be over 18 years of age to buy products containing bottled alcohol. You will be asked to confirm this during the order process as this forms part of our contract of sale.

In the event that we cannot satisfy your order due to stock unavailability, we will contact you to arrange a replacement or full refund.

Packaging examples shown are for guidance purposes only and are subject to change or substitution without prior notice.

Orders and Payments

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and UK debit cards, for orders for delivery to a verifiable UK address.

We accept payment from overseas customers, provided that the product delivery address is within the UK mainland or Northern Ireland.

Orders placed for delivery to addresses outside of the UK cannot be processed. Such transactions will be refunded, but are subject to an administration charge of £2.

Payment will be processed at the time of order, not at the time of despatch.

You may cancel your order at any time before it is despatched and we will issue a refund. An administration charge of £2 may be deducted from your refund, at our discretion. Once your order has been despatched, payment cannot be refunded.

We cannot accept responsibility for an order being delayed or declined as a result of incorrect or invalid payment details being given. The name and billing address must be the same as the registered address of the credit card holder.

We reserve the right to decline acceptance of your order at our discretion. Such orders will be refunded to you in full.

The total value of your order will be displayed on the order confirmation screen. The displayed price is the amount in pounds sterling that you will pay.

All prices quoted include VAT at the current rate, unless otherwise indicated. If you are eligible to reclaim this sales tax, we can supply you with a VAT receipt on request.

All orders are processed by Secpay to ensure that you enjoy maximum security and peace of mind when making payment online.

We aim to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.

When paying for an order on our website a padlock will appear at the bottom of your browser window. You can double click this padlock to verify that the secure certificate has been issued to our website's payment gateway SECPay. Our security is guaranteed by the certificate provider, SECPay.
