On receipt of your order we will send you a confirmation email. We despatch all items for next working day or Saturday delivery via either Royal Mail Special Delivery or overnight courier. All orders require a signature.

You can specify delivery of orders on any future day, Tuesday to Saturday, within the next three months.
You may specify a residential or workplace delivery address when you place your order. If our carrier is unable to deliver your order a card will be left, asking the intended recipient to call to arrange a new delivery time.
All orders require a signature.
For a Saturday delivery please specify the exact delivery date at the checkout and the Saturday delivery price will be applied. By selecting 'deliver ASAP' when placing your order after 12pm Thursday, your order will be despatched on Monday because this is the lowest cost option to you.
We cannot despatch or deliver on Sundays or English Bank Holidays, neither can we deliver on Bank Holidays elsewhere in the UK.
We can arrange next day delivery to any address within England, Wales, Scotland (excluding Highlands and Islands) and Northern Ireland. Delivery to all other parts of the UK can be arranged but costs and delivery timings may vary. In such instances we will contact you if additional payment authorisation is required.
You may only select one delivery address per transaction.
We cannot deliver to a PO box address.
We cannot accept responsibility for a delivery being delayed as a result of incorrect delivery address or contact details being given when you place your order.
We will endeavour (but cannot guarantee) to despatch your goods on the date requested. We are at the mercy of both the internet and goods carriers and things may sometimes go wrong.
