On receipt of your order we will send you a confirmation email. We despatch all items for next working day or Saturday delivery via either Royal Mail Special Delivery or overnight courier, to arrive by 5.30pm. All orders require a signature. Small items will usually be delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery (by 1pm). Large or multiple items will usually be delivered by overnight courier (by 5.30pm).

You can specify delivery of orders on any future day, Monday to Saturday (except bank holidays), within the next three months.
You may specify a residential or workplace delivery address when you place your order for chocolates by post. If our carrier is unable to deliver your order a card will be left, asking the intended recipient to call to arrange a new delivery time.
All orders require a signature.
We cannot despatch or deliver on Sundays or English Bank Holidays, neither can we deliver on Bank Holidays elsewhere in the UK. Orders received after 12pm on the day before a bank holiday will be despatched on the next working day.
We can arrange next day delivery to any address within England, Wales, Scotland (excluding Highlands and Islands) and Northern Ireland. Delivery to all other parts of the UK can be arranged but costs and delivery timings may vary. In such instances we will contact you if additional payment authorisation is required.
We cannot deliver to a PO box address.
We cannot accept responsibility for a delivery being delayed or unfulfilled as a result of incorrect delivery address or contact details being given when you place your order.
Deliveries to large businesses and hospitals can take longer to reach the intended recipient, as signed-for packages may be distributed via a mail room. Our next day delivery guarantee applies to receipt of the goods at the specified delivery address, not necessarily the intended recipient.
All deliveries require a signature. If no one is available to sign for a delivery our carrier will leave a card for the intended recipient to arrange re-delivery at no extra charge. In the event that your order is returned to us undelivered we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, but a repeat delivery charge is payable.
We will endeavour (but cannot guarantee) to despatch and deliver your goods on the date requested. We are at the mercy of both the internet and goods carriers and things may sometimes go wrong.
