Prices shown are subject to change without notice. All prices exclude VAT at the current rate.

Minimum Order Quantities

There is no minimum order quantity for personalised chocolate boxes or for unbranded chocolate boxes.

Delivery Charges

Our carriage charge is £9.95 + VAT (up to 30kg gross weight) to one address within mainland UK. For orders over 30kg gross weight we will provide a quote for delivery.

Deliveries to additional addresses are charged at different rates, depending on product weight, delivery method and delivery address.

For significant order quantities we can arrange a Europe-wide delivery service. We regret that, due to customs constraints, we cannot deliver to the US and Canada.

Lead Time

A minimum lead time of one to three weeks is generally required for personalised chocolate boxes, printed gift cards or printed sleeves. Longer lead times are required at key seasonal times. However, at less busy times we may be able to provide a faster service; please contact us for details.

Artwork Requirements

In order to ensure you incur no artwork costs, we ask that the artwork you supply us is:

• in editable PDF format,
• in a minimum resolution of 300 dpi, and
• scaled to the correct print size.

We cannot guarantee to meet your print requirements until our printers have seen your artwork. Artwork preparation or modification may incur a charge.

Pantone Colour Matches

Not all print methods are capable of achieving exact pantone matches. Please send us your pantone colour references with your artwork and we will advise how closely we can match them.

Our Products

Our chocolates carry a minimum 12-week shelf life, indicated by a ‘best before’ date underneath each chocolate box. The shelf life of our non-chocolate products and wines vary.

All of our chocolates may contain nuts (or traces of nuts) and alcohol. If non-alcoholic chocolates are required this must be specified when an order is placed.

Delivery

All orders require a delivery signature.

We despatch and deliver during normal working hours, Monday to Friday. We cannot despatch or deliver on a UK bank holiday.

We will endeavour to deliver your order on the date requested but we are reliant on goods carriers and things may sometimes go wrong. In such cases we will do whatever we can to put things right.

Storage & Returns

All of our products must be kept cool, but not cold or frozen, at all times. We recommend a storage temperature of 15 – 20°C.

Goods cannot be returned after despatch unless they are sub-standard or damaged.

Order Payment

Cleared payment is required before we can process your order.

We accept payment by company cheque, BACs and all major credit cards. We will provide a VAT invoice.
