Pricing

Prices shown for our corporate chocolate gifts are based on hot-foil blocking your company logo or message on to a gold, silver or white board box in one colour from our standard colour range.

Prices for the following alternatives are available on request:-

• hot-foil blocked boxes in two or more colours,
• litho-printed boxes in one to four colours,
• unprinted boxes,
• non-standard box colours or print colours,
• giftwrapped and/or ribboned boxes,
• luxury boxes,
• printed sleeve wraps or gift cards.

Unit prices shown for our printed boxes include chocolates, boxes and all set-up and printing charges. There are no hidden extras.

Minimum Order Quantities

Our minimum order quantity for personalised chocolate boxes is 100 units, regardless of print method.

Minimum order quantities for unprinted boxes vary. Please contact us for details.

Delivery Charges

Carriage is free on order values over £250 delivered to one address within mainland UK.

Deliveries to additional addresses are charged at different rates, depending on product weight, delivery method and delivery address.

For significant order quantities we can arrange a Europe-wide delivery service. We regret that, due to customs constraints, we cannot deliver to the US and Canada.

Lead Time

A minimum lead time of three weeks is generally required for personalised corporate chocolate boxes.

For personalised corporate Christmas gifts, orders placed by 31 October can usually be delivered in time for Christmas. Although we cannot accept orders for printed chocolate boxes after 31 October, printed labels, branded with your company logo, or full colour, printed sleeve wraps offer a good alternative. Please contact us for details.

Lead times for unbranded gift boxes vary considerably, depending on the type of packaging and volume of products required. Please contact us for a timing estimate.

Artwork Requirements

Please ensure the artwork you supply us is:

• in editable pdf or eps format,
• at a minimum resolution of 300 dpi,
• scaled to the correct print size and
• in black and white.

We cannot guarantee to meet your print requirements until our printers have seen your artwork. Artwork modifications may incur a charge.

Pantone Colour Matches

Although very close pantone colour matches can usually be achieved with the hot-foil or digital printing process, we cannot guarantee precise pantone matches. For hot-foil printed orders, please send us your pantone colour references with your artwork and we will advise how closely we can match them.

Where a precise pantone match is essential we recommend the litho printing process.

Printed Area Guide

The table below offers a guide to the print area available on our personalised chocolate boxes for your company logo and message.

Our Products

Our chocolates carry a minimum eight to 12-week shelf life, indicated by a ‘best before’ date underneath each chocolate box. The shelf life of our non-chocolate products and wines will vary.

All of our chocolates may contain nuts (or traces of nuts) and alcohol. If non-alcoholic chocolates are required this must be specified when an order is placed.

Delivery

All orders require a delivery signature.

We despatch and deliver during normal working hours, Monday to Friday. We cannot despatch or deliver on a UK bank holiday.

Storage & Returns

All of our products must be kept cool, but not cold or frozen, at all times. We recommend a storage temperature of 15 – 20°C.

Goods cannot be returned after despatch unless they are sub-standard or damaged.

Order Payment

Cleared payment is required before we can process your order.

We accept payment by company cheque, BACs and all major credit cards. We will provide a VAT invoice.

All prices exclude VAT at the current rate.
